New to pageants?
HELP is HERE!

​​My coaching is intended to gradually bring along
pageant competitors so you are prepared
properly for your specific competition.

​INTERVIEW/ON STAGE QUESTION: 
Our Q&A work will begin where you are at in your experience, gradually building your confidence and interview stamina so that by the time you hit your Big Stage your skill and technique will be crafted and rehearsed.

• Your paperwork is the first visual that judges will see, so a well proofread, revised and organized biography submission is mandatory. We will work together to make sure that is a completion for you.
• You will have video assignments that we will review together visually familiarizing you with pageants for all phases of competition.

​SWIMSUIT/FITNESS:
Having a shapely physique is great! Knowing how to walk in it with confident posture and posing is a different story. You will need both to score well in this category. Together, we will:

• Review pageant exercises that are competition standards, setting target goals to show off shapely and feminine toning.
• Choreograph your swimsuit walk moves to accentuate your presentation!​​

EVENING GOWN:
The highlight of pageantry...choose you're 'catwalk weapon' wisely!

• Walk and posture practice will include choreographing facial /body expressions too. You have to convey a certain level of class  and energy to make your mark; we will choreograph routine for that.
• First time in an evening gown? Nervous about tripping on stage? That's okay. It really is. We will have enough practice to workout any issues of comfort so that you shine on stage!​

CHOOSING YOUR PAGEANT:

• From our first meet, I will walk you through the pageant landscape and help you make an informed choice! Pageants have varied details about them, and knowing that makes you an informed competitor for your state!
